Commercial Projects

  Since 1957, Shamrock Electric has been providing complete electrical services for every type of commercial project. Projects have been as varied as high-rise office/apartment buildings, shopping malls, and hospitals, as well as interior improvements on existing structures from corporate offices to retail showrooms.

 Some of the notable ground-up projects we have recently completed include the new 17-story Quaker Oats Headquarters in the West Loop; The Bristol, which is a mixed-use, 41-story high rise in the Gold Coast area; The Classic Residence of Glenview By Hyatt, which is a retirement community for active people; and Barrington United Methodist Church.

 Shamrock has performed interior tenant build outs in some of the top Buildings in the Chicago area, including Sears Tower, UBS Tower, and The Railway Exchange Building. Some representative clients include Merrill Lynch, SOM, Verizon, World Book, Oracle Software, SAP.com, and Katten Muchin Zavis.

  Retail projects include multiple locations for Kohl's Department Stores, Circuit City, and K-Mart as well as tenant build outs for customers such as Crate & Barrel on the Magnificent Mile, Hermes of Paris on Oak Street, and Ann Taylor in Deer Park.

  Shamrock is honored to have been selected as the house electrician for many commercial properties in Chicago, providing both maintenance and new installations for such prestigious locations as 900 N. Michigan, Water Tower Place, and the Lincoln Park Zoo.
